集成油缸驱动的多层模板粉末压制成形模架 被引量:2

摘要 为了压制具有上二台面和下三台面的复杂零件,在分析国内外现有粉末成形模架特点的基础上,设计和制造了一套与粉末冶金精密成形压机相匹配、用于成形带上二台面和下三台面复杂粉末冶金零件的集成油缸驱动多层模板粉末压制成形模架.三层下模板分别由均布的4个油缸驱动,以保证模板受力平衡,因此集成油缸共由12个模架用油缸构成.通过光栅尺采集各模板的位置信息,并采用液压系统闭环精确控制压制过程中各模冲的位移,模冲的轴向位置精度为±0.01mm.通过各模板的协调运动,实现了复杂粉末冶金零件的压制,并保证了压制成形的粉末冶金零件密度的均匀分布. In order to press complex green compact with two upper levels and three lower levels, a set of multi-platen adapter driven by integrated hydrocylinder is designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of existing adapters for powder press. It is compatible with precise powder-metallurgy equipment and can be used to press complex green compact with two upper levels and three lower levels. The three lower platens are separately driven by four uniformly distributed hydrocylinders to balance the force, which means that the integrated hydrocylinder consists of twelve platen-used hydrocylinders. Moreover, the operation data about the location of each platen are collected by a grating ruler, and the displacements of punch heads in the pressing process are precisely controlled by a closed-loop hydraulic system, with an axial position accuracy at the punch head being ±0. 01 mm. Thus, complicated powder-metallurgy green compacts with homogeneous density distribution can be pressed via the coordinative movement of the platens.
