摘要 利用LI-1600稳态气孔计测定了杜仲叶片蒸腾速率的日变化,以及水分胁迫下蒸腾速率的变化,探讨了环境因子对杜仲叶片蒸腾速率的影响.结果表明,光量子通量密度是影响蒸腾速率的主要气象因子,土壤含水量影响叶片相对含水量,并通过气孔扩散阻力来影响蒸腾速率. By using LI-1600 Steady State Porometer,the transpiration chines of the Eucommia ulmoides leaves were determined through a day and under the condition of the water stress,in order to evaluatethe effect of environmental factors on the transpiration rate of the Eucommia ulmoides leaves.The result indicated that the PFD is principal meteorological factor influencing transpiration. Thesoil water content influenced the leaf water content,and the leat water content influenced the transpiration by stoma diffusing resistance.
