摘要
研究了HDC球形高效聚丙烯催化剂的制备工艺,对中试放大试验中的主要影响因素进行了分析,确立了一种全新的载体乳化成型方式,全面优化了工艺流程,为进一步的工业放大奠定了基础。结果表明:研制的 HDC催化剂聚合活性在40 kg/g以上,聚合物为球形,细粉少、粒径分布集中,聚合性能稳定。HDC催化剂中试产品在国内间歇式液相本体丙烯聚合装置的进一步工业应用表明,所得聚合物性能稳定优异,完全可以满足现有生产装置的要求。
This paper studied the preparation technology of spherical high activity catalyst HDC for propylene polymerization and analyzed the main influential factors in pilot plant evaluation test. A kind of novel emulsificationsharp quenching process for carrier forming was established and the entire process flow was optimized, aimed at laying a foundation for further evaluation on commercial scale. The catalyst HDC so prepared possessed a polymerization activity higher than 40 kg/g and superior polymerization stability. The resultant spherical polymer had the advantages of less dust and narrow particle size distribution. The industrial application of the catalyst HDC in domestic batch liquid phase bulk polypropylene plant further confirmed that the catalyst could satisfactorily meet the requirement of the existing production plants to manufacture polypropylene resin with preeminent and stable performance.
