苯并(a)芘、三丁基锡及其混合物对褐菖鲉溶菌酶活力的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以褐菖鲉为材料,每周1次腹腔注射浓度为0.5、1、51、0 mg/kg的苯并(a)芘、三丁基锡及两者的等比例混合物,观察鱼体肾脏、脾脏组织中溶菌酶活力的变化.结果表明,实验浓度的苯并(a)芘、三丁基锡对褐菖鲉肾脏、脾脏中的溶菌酶活力均有一定程度的诱导激活作用,而两者混合暴露56 d后显著抑制溶菌酶活性,表明这两种有机污染物在长时间联合作用下,对褐菖鲉非特异免疫能力会产生不利影响. The effects of benzo(a)pyrene(BaP),tributyltin(TBT) and their mixture exposure on lysozyme aetivity of kidney and spleen in Sebastiscus marmoratus were studied with doses of 0. 5,1,5,10 mg/kg of body weight for intraperitoneal injected in experimental condition. The results showed that the lysozyme activities were induced during single exposure, but were inhibited by BaP and TBT cotreatment after 8 weeks. It suggests that combined exposure of the two chemicals for long time will cause detrimental effects on the nonspecific activity in Sebastiscus marmoratus.
