真空条件下金属氧化物催化废轮胎热解研究 被引量:15

A study on metal-oxide catalyzed pyrolysis of waste tires under vacuum conditions

摘要 最终热解温度为520℃的条件下,在耙式固定床反应器中研究了废轮胎橡胶粉添加不同金属氧化物作催化剂时的真空热裂解特性。实验表明,在添加2.5%CaO、ZnO真空热解时油收率有所增加,为48%左右。CaO、ZnO分别与TiO2混合后进行真空热解实验,油产率大幅度下降,而气体产率显著上升,热解炭中炭质结焦物明显降低。如ZnO/TiO2使热解气产率达到24.82%,气体热值达到28.76M J/m-3。添加各种金属氧化物后,热解油中的总硫含量最低为0.522%,接近国家10号重柴油标准,热解气中的H2S含量降低到25mL/m3,体现出一定的脱硫效果。 The granules of waste tire were pyrolysed in static-bed batch reactor under vacuum conditions with different metal oxide catalysts at 520℃. The results show that pyrolytic oil yields (approximately 48% ) have a certain increase when 2.5% CaO,ZnO were added ; CaO ,ZnO mingled with TiO2 were added to pyrolysis materials, pyrolytic oils yields decrease obviously and the gases yield increase correspondingly. For example , the gas yield derived from pyrolysis with ZnO/TiO2 , reaches to 24. 82% and its low heat value (LHV) is 28.76MJ/m^3. When different metal oxides was added, the lowest total sulfur content in the pyrolytic oil is 0. 522% , approaches to the standard of 10 # heavy diesel oil, H2S content in pyrolytic gas decreases to 25 mL/m^3. A certain desulfurized effects are shown.
