摘要
为探明人α-干扰素在转Hu-IFN-α基因草鱼F1代中的表达水平,以转Hu-IFN-α基因草鱼F1群体为材料,随机抽取332尾鱼分离其血清后,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测人α-干扰素基因在转基因草鱼F1代中的表达情况.结果表明:转人α-干扰素基因草鱼F1代表达率为52.1%,表达水平偏低,其表达水平受外界因素影响.
In order to study the expression of Hu-IFN-α Gene in F1 generation of transgenic Grass carp. The materal is the group of trans-Hu-IFN-α grass carp's F1 generation. Three hundred and thirty-two tails of trans-Hu-IFN-α grass carps are collected randomly. After isolation the serum, test the target gene's expression level in the F1 generation by using the method of ELISA. The results show the expression rate is 52.1%, a less satisfactory one. So, the trans-Hu-IF -α grass carp's F1 generation can expression human interferon-α, the outside factor affected the expression level.
