中药药物警戒表述的现状与对策

The actualities and countermeasure of the expression of Chinese traditional medicine pharmacovigilance

近十几年来,药品的不良反应逐渐引起人们的关注,药物警戒内容成为药物学和药品说明书的重要组成部分。我国在中成药药物警戒相关法规、药品标准及药品说明书方面还存在较大差距,分析其原因并提出改进建议,加强宣传教育和中医药基础研究,逐步完善相关法规。

In the past decades, ADR has been paid more and more attention. Pharmacovigilance becomes the important content of pharmacology and medical direction.in this paper,the author discusses the importance of pharmacovigilance and the obvious insufficiency in the code relating to Chinese traditional patent medicine pharmacovigilance,in medical criteria and medical direction in China, then analyzes the causes of these conditions. In order to improve above conditions, the author suggests to strengthen publicizing pharmacovigilance,to perfect the system of phatmacovigiance step by step and to reinforce clinical and basic research relating to pharmacovigilance.
