摘要
本文首次应用以粉螨类为主的混合螨种制成的螨抗原片作间接荧光抗体试验(IFA),55例患者的阳性率为90.91%,阳性滴度几何均值为121.10,15例阴性对照3例显示荧光,其中最大滴度为1:8。荧光显色的螨体轮廊清晰可辨,体表呈荧光浓染。结果提示患者体内产生了针对螨抗原的特异性IgG,螨体抗原性较强的部位在体表、螫肢和足,同时表明本文创用的螨抗原片间接免疫荧光试验具有较高的敏感性和特异性,对肺螨病的辅助诊断具有一定的实用价值。
Indirect fluorescent-antibody assay ( IFA ) by mixed mites tissue slice antigen was used to determine the serum antibody of pulmonary acariasis. The positive rate in 55 cases was 90.91% and the geometric average value of the positive titre was 121.10, the maxmum titre being 1: 512. In the negative control, 3 of 15 cases presented fluorescence, in which the maxmum titre was 1 : 8. The results show that the specific IgG caused by mites antigen is produced in the serum of pulmonary acariasis patients and the IFA by mites tissue slice antigen as a diagnostic method is sensible and specific and is of practical value in the diagnosis of pulmonary acariasis.
