“协作”与“合作”之辨异

On “Collaberation” and “Cooperation”

在人们的社会生活及其交往关系中,合作是一种不同于协作的行为模式。然而,人们往往把它们混同起来。其实,在工业社会的生产和生活框架下,所造就的只是一种协作的行为模式,在对工业社会历史阶段的超越过程中,我们需要确立的是合作的行为模式。人们的合作关系以及行为模式的建构,将意味着人们交往活动中出现一种更高形态的“差异互补”机制,也意味着人类社会走向一个更高级的历史阶段。因此,在社会治理模式建构方面,需要根据合作社会的要求去建构起一个合作的社会治理体系。

In the human social life and interaction, cooperation is a behaviour mode different from collaberation. However, people normally confuse them. In fact, in the frame of production and life in industrial society, what has been fostered is only the mode of collaberation, while in the surpassing process of industrial society, what we need is the mode of cooperation. The mode constitution of the cooperation relation and the behavior mode will mean the birth of a higher mechanism of “mutual complement” in the interaction, as well as a higher historic period of the human society. Thus, the constitution of the social governance mode needs to constitute a cooperative social governing system according to the requirement of the cooperation society.
