摘要
用醋酸乙烯酯均聚制备的胶黏剂,其黏合性欠佳,在使用过程中铝箔产生皱纹。为了提高胶黏剂性能,以醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,加入少量丙烯酸进行共聚改性,研制出一种乳液型铝箔纸复合胶黏剂,并讨论了丙烯酸、乳化剂、聚乙烯醇用量对胶黏剂性能的影响,该胶黏剂具有优良的粘接力、良好的烘干、抗冻性。结果表明:当丙烯酸用量为单体总量的1%~2%,乳化剂用量为单体总量的3%~5%,聚乙烯醇用量为总量的4%时,其性能最佳。
The adhesion performance of adhesive prepared by using vinyl acetate is not optimal, even lead to rugosity, to order to improve adhesive performance,a novel aluminum foil laminating adhesive is prepared by using vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate as main monomers and acrylic acid as modifier.The effects of amounts of acrylic acid and emulsifier and polyvinyl alcohol on the properties of the adhesive are discussed. The modified adhesive has excellent adhesion and freeze resistance,and also easy to dry. The results show that when the content of acrylic acid, emulsifier and polyvinyl alcohol is 1% ~ 2%, 3 % ~ 5 % and 4% of monomers amonnt respectively, the performance of thc adhesive is optimal.
