摘要
以成都双流提纯、钠化膨润土为原料,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTMAB)为插层剂,用功率为480W的微波加热反应1min,就可使这种有机蒙脱石的胶体率达到98%,晶面间距增大到2.65nm,HTMAB阳离子以倾斜方式排列在蒙脱石结构片层间。与常规加热法相比,微波法制备有机蒙脱石缩短了反应时间,降低了耗能,减小了工作量,插层效果更好。
Using the bentonite from Shuanglin of Chengdu as raw material, the organic-montmorillonite was propared with hxadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide by microwave method after purifying and natrium-modifying. The result shows the colloid rate of this organic-montmorillonite can reach 98%, its spacing of layers can reach 2.6nm. The arrangement model of HTMA^+ in the interlayer of montmorillonite is lateral-type. Compared with routine heating in preparing organic-montmorillonite, microwave method can shorten the reaction time, reduce energy consume, decrease workload, and the intercalation effect is more better.
