摘要
为了探讨机床结构概念设计问题,并提供符合工程实际的、用于概念设计阶段的机床结构设计方法,文中将拓扑优化方法与有限元结合应用于结构概念设计进行了研究。以UG作为CAD造型平台,以ANSYS作为CAE有限元建模和分析平台,采用SIMP(Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization)拓扑优化理论建立数学模型,并应用改进的启发式拓扑优化准则算法进行数学模型的求解,得到经过拓扑优化的结构概念设计的方案模型。文中将拓扑优化方法与CAD/CAE系统进行集成应用于解决船舶舵叶连接法兰面加工专机的升降台的拓扑结构优化。优化结果为结构详细设计阶段的形状优化和截面优化提供设计优化区域和原型。从结构概念设计的结果看出,其优化设计过程较稳定、有效,能够满足工程上概念设计的需要。
In order to explore the conceptual design method of machine tools' structure, which is feasible and practical in the engineering,the topology optimization theory and the finite element analysis are integrated, so as to investigate the concept design. The software UG is used as CAD platform with the software ANSYS as CAE platform. A mathematic model is established by SIMP(solid isotropic material with penalization)topology optimization theory,and the heuristic optimality criteria is improved to solve the model. A raising platform of machine tool for processing the flange of ship rudder blade is optimized by the integration of topology optimi- zation and CAD/CAE system. Results from the optimization provide the design domain and prototype for both the shape and size optimization in the detailed design. From the results, the optimal design is proved robust and effective. It can meet the needs of the concept design in the engineering projects.
