摘要
对尖晶石型LiNixMn2-xO4,尤其是LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4的研究进展进行了综述。以溶胶-凝胶法、超声波溅射法、熔盐烧结法和湿化学法等制得的LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,具有较高的放电容量(>130 mAh/g)和较好的循环性能(50次循环后,容量保持率≥95%)。
Research progress in spinel LiNixMn2-xO4, especially LiNi0.5 Mn1.5O4 was reviewed. The LiNi0.5 Mn1.5O4 synthesized by sol-gel method, ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method, molten salt synthesis method and chemical wet method had high discharge capacity(more than 130 mAh/g) and good cycle performance(cycle retention rate was ≥95 % after 50 cycles).
