摘要
着重论述动态联盟的概念以及实现动态联盟的意义。
This paper focuses on the description of dynamical alliance and the of feets of implemention of dynamical alliance. Based on the win-win concept of dynamical alliance the author analyses existing social phenomena and presents his understanding. Some techanical preparednesses required by implementing dynamical alliance are pointed out.
