摘要
基于相关文献的分析,结合实施廉租住房的滞后现状,研究发现,若要进一步推进廉租住房则需提供相关制度支持,并通过激发廉租住房体系的诱致性增长点来建立一个新的、社会化的融资体系,才能解决廉租住房的资金源等相关问题。提出了租金计算的新设想,即确定可承受最大租金、可承受最小租金的方法。
According to the review and analysis of the relative literature of the low-rent housing system, with the status quo of its lagging, the paper finds that the low-rent housing system can solve the financial problem with the help of building the relative institution and stimulating the potential growth point of the low-rent house system, and it also provides an assumption about the count method of rent. This is to say, fixing the maximum bearing rent and fixing the minimum bearing rent.
