摘要
水电可开发量的确定对于国家制定能源政策和电力发展方针有着重要影响。经分析,认为近期水力资源复查成果反映的我国常规水电的技术可开发量数值偏小,应在6亿kW以上;2030年后我国抽水蓄能电站的装机规模应在1.7亿~2亿kW左右;并建议以技术可开发量作为常规水电实际可开发量估算的基础。
The determination of hydropower exploitation amount has great importance for a country to formulate the energy policy and the power development guidelines. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the technical exploitation amount of our country' s conventional hydropower in the re-survey results of hydropower resources in recent is on low side and should be actually over 600 GW. After the year of 2030, the scale of total installed capacity of pumped-storage power plants in China should be reached 170-200 GW. We suggest that the technical exploitation amount should be taken as the basis of the calculation of conventional hydropower actual exploitation amount.
