摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性E-选择素(sE-selectin)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)气道炎症中的作用。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测COPD急性加重期、缓解期及健康者各20例血清中IL-8、 sICAM-1及sE-selectin的含量。结果 COPD急性加重期及缓解期患者血清IL-8、sICAM- 1、sE-selectin水平明显高于健康对照组,COPD急性加重期又明显高于缓解期,差异有统计学意义(P<0 05或P<0.01);健康对照组中吸烟者血清IL-8、sICAM-1水平明显高于不吸烟者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-8、ICAM-1及E-selectin在COPD气道炎症中均起着重要作用。
Objective To explore the roles of IL- 8 , sICAM-land sE-selectinintheairway inflammation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The levels of IL- 8, sICAM- 1 and sE- selectin in the serum were measured by double- sandwich ELISA in 40 COPD patients and 20 healthy persons. The COPD patients were divided into two groups: 20 cases in COPD acute exacerbation group and 20 cases in stable period group. Results The IL - 8, sICAM - 1 and sE - selectin level of serum in patients with COPD acute exacerbation group and stable period group were obviously higher than those in healthy group, and patients with COPD acute exacerbation group was obviously higher than those in stable period group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The IL- 8 and sICAM- 1 level of serum in healthy group in smokers were significantly higher than those in nonsmokers ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion IL- 8, sICAM- 1 and sE - selectin play important roles in the airway inflammation of COPD.
