摘要
目的考察对话式班级心理辅导对大学生心理健康的促进作用。方法在师范院校的一年级学生中随机抽样实验班和对照班,实验班进行30课时,共15次的对话式班级心理辅导,对照班不做干预。干预前后两班样本配对t检验。结果实验班干预前后的强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执6个因子差异极显著(P<0.01),躯体化、精神病性2个因子差异显著(P<0.05);95%的学生认为课程学习对自己帮助很大,54.7%的学生对辅导活动的满意次数达13次以上。结论对话式班级心理辅导是深受学生欢迎的心理健康教育有效途径之一。
Objective To study effect of the interlocutory class counseling on college student psychological healthy, Methods Among freshman in the pedagogical college sample random the experimental class and the comparative class. The experimental class carries on 30 hours and 15 times in all about The Interlocutory Class Counseling. The comparative class doesn't make the intervention. Around the former and latter, two classes' samples of the intervention pair the t examination. Results Around the former and latter intervention of the experimental class which has the six factors of the difference that include the force symptom, the interpersonal sensitivity, despondence, anxiety, hostile, crankiness is quite remarkable(P〈0. 01), The body and the neurosis, two factors of the difference are remarkable(P〈0. 05); 95% student thought the curriculum Studies to oneself helps the very big, 54. 7% students to counsel active the satisfactory number of times to reach 13 above time. Conclusion The Interlocutory Class Counseling is one of effective ways of psychological healthy education which is welcome the student.
