引入“5S”提升高校研究型实验室管理水平

Improving the Management Level of Research Laboratory by Applying "5S"

通过总结山东农业大学农业部小麦栽培生理与遗传改良重点开放实验室在管理中实施“5S”管理产生的良好实验室形象,以及工作效率提高、保障安全、减少浪费、加快科研进程、提高研究人员综合素质等效果,提出了在高校研究型实验室实施“5S”的具体做法,以期进一步提升高校研究型实验室管理水平。

This article summarized the effects of management by applying the ＂5S＂ in the key laboratory of wheat cultivation physiology and genetic improvement in Shandong Agricultural University. This kind of laboratory management method can create good characters of laboratory, increase the work efficiency, decrease the waste and improve the comprehensive quality of investigators. The basic way of applying ＂5S＂ were held out and it is expected to improve the management level of research laboratory in college.
