摘要
ABC分类管理法是依据库存物资重要程度的不同进行不同的管理,符合医院药品品种繁多,数量大的特点,但缺乏后续库存控制方法。将该方法与虚拟药品单元最佳经济库存管理法结合起来,可实现医院药品库存的最优化管理和控制。
ABG classified management provides different disposals for different materials according to their importance and is fit for the variety and large quantitY of drugs in hospital. However, it lacks inventory control method that is followed. The paper combines this method with EOQ of virtual medicine unit to realize optimal management and control of drug stoek in hospital.
