在学分制条件下,学生干部的素质培养工作已经成为辅导员工作的重心工作。学生干部的能力强弱、素质高低直接影响着辅导员的工作效率和学生组织的工作效果,也间接影响着学生个体的成长与发展。

Under current credit system, cultivating student Leaders＇ character has become the focus of counsellor＇ s chiefwork. Student Leaders＇ abilities and qualities put great impact on not only the efficiency of counsellor＇s work and student union＇ s organization ,but also on students＇ all-rounded develepment.
