古汉养生精对小鼠免疫与抗氧化功能的影响

The Effect of Ancient Han Health-keeping on Erythrocyte on Erythrocyte Immune and Free Radical Metabolism in Trained Mice

研究了古汉养生精对运动小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能和抗氧化功能的影响.4周龄昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、运动组、古汉养生精组.运动组和古汉养生精组进行4周的游泳训练,最后一次进行力竭游泳后采用心脏取血,肝素抗凝,测定红细胞免疫粘附功能及血浆抗氧化功能指标.实验4周后,古汉养生精组RBC-C3bRR和血浆SOD活性明显高于运动组(P<0.01),RBC-C3bRR亦高于对照组(P<0.05);而RBC-ICR和血浆MDA含量明显低于运动组(P<0.01).结果表明小鼠服用古汉养生精可提高机体红细胞免疫功能,减轻自由基介导的脂质过氧化反应.

The effect of Ancient Hart Health Lotion on the erythrocyte immune and antioxidetion function has been studied in the trained mice. The mice were divided randomly into 3 groups： control group, training group and Ancient Han Health Lotion group. The training group and Ancient Han Health Lotion group had trained 4 weeks, and the last time they were swimmed exhaustive. The function of erythrocyte immune and antioxidation were tested. It was shown that the Ancient Hart Health Lorion was effective in in creasing RBC-C3bRR and the activity of plasma SOD （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and decreasing RBC-ICR and plasma MDA content （ P 〈 0.01 ）. These indicated that Ancient Han Health Lotion was effective in increasing adhesive function of erythrocyte and decreasing lipid peroxidation in body.
