心脏不停跳心内直视手术对肝脏功能的影响

Liver function of beating heart surgery during cardiopulmonary bypass

目的研究体外循环心脏不停跳及停跳手术对肝脏功能影响的差异。方法检测50例体外循环心脏不停跳心内直视手术患者及50例体外循环心脏停跳心内直视手术患者的6个时点的ALT、AST、AST/ALT、白蛋白、直接胆红素变化。结果体外循环心脏手术后患者的ALT、AST、AST/ALT均升高,不停跳手术患者的恢复较快。结论体外循环心脏不停跳手术对肝脏功能影响小。

Objective To study the different effect on liver function of beating heart surgery and cardioplegia surgery during cardiopulmonary bypass（CPB）.Methods ALT、AST、AST/ALT、albumin、conjugated bilrubin were respectivdy measured in 50 cardioplegia surgery and in 50 beating heart surgery during CPB at six different time intervals.Results ALT、AST、AST/ALT in two groups increased in varying degree during CPB, it needed less time to recover in beating heart surgery during CPB to normal levd than that in cardioplegia surgery. Conclusion The effect on liver function of beating heart surgery during CPB is less than that of cardioplegia surgery.
