城镇化的内涵就是在农村人口向城镇流动或农村转变为城镇的过程中,必须实现生产方式和文化观念向城镇现代化水平转变;社会主义新农村的内涵“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”包括了经济、政治、文化三个方面的具体内容。城镇化是建设社会主义新农村的目的所在,又是建设社会主义新农村的重要途径,建设社会主义新农村也利于城镇化发展,制定发展战略应把它们联系起来考虑,实现两者的良性互动。

The connotation of urbanization is to realize manufacture mode and culture concept to transform city and town modernization level in the course of the country flowing city and town or country turning city and town; the connotation of the socialism new country include economic, politic and culture parts .The urbanization is the aim and the important way to establish socialism new country. To establish socialism new country is benefit to development of urbanization. To establish development tactic should think their relation to realize good mutual movement.
