New Tendencies of and Countermeasures for the International Industrial Shift

通过分析国际产业转移的结构高级化、跨国公司为活动主体、服务业为热点领域、业务外包为主要方式以及产业链整体转移等趋势,提出了落实政府宏观调控,加速产业向价值链高端跨越,促进服务业的发展,适时适度开展产业转移等应对国际产业转移的思路。

Through analyzing the tendencies of the international industrial shift such as developing up to the high-level of the shift structure, taking the transnational corporation as the main body, taking the service trade as the hot field, taking the business sub-contract as the main mode, and adopting the integral shaft of the industrial chain, etc., this paper puts forward the idea of dealing with the international industrial shift such as implementing the macroscopic regulation and control of the government, accelerating the industries bridge over towards the high side of value chain and further, promoting the development of the service trade, and developing the moderate industrial shift, etc.
