摘要
为了研究多模光纤耦合LD输出光束通过空间耦合后的光场分布,分析了多模光纤输出端面的光场分布,用光学ABCD矩阵讨论了多模光束通过光学系统的变换特性.并实验测量了通过薄透镜耦合后的光束分布参数,测量结果在束腰附近与计算结果相当吻合;对不同薄透镜的数值计算发现,增加入射光束到透镜的距离,或者使用短焦距的透镜,都能起到压缩光斑尺寸的目的.对于空间耦合泵浦固体激光器的光纤耦合LD的输出光束,使用短焦距的透镜要优于使用长焦距的透镜.
For study the optical field distribution of multi-mode fiber coupling LD output beam through space coupling optical system, the optical field distribution of output end of multi-mode fiber are analyzed, the transmitted properties of multi-mode beams passing through optical system are discussed based optical ABCD matrix, and the distribution parameter of coupled beam are measured experimentally. The experimental results are agree with the numerical calculated results around waist position;for the calculation results of different focal lens. It can be found that can reduce waist the though increasing the distance of input beam to lens or reducing the focal of lens;for the space coupling of pumped solid-state laser,the short focal lens are excelled long focal lens.
