摘要
在 HCl 介质中,硒(Ⅳ)能强烈催化溴酸钾氧化次甲基兰使之褪色,据此建立催化动力学光度法测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)的方法。其测定的线性范围为0~0.02μg/mL,检出限1.25×10^(-10)g/mL,用于牛乳、大蒜、黑木耳等食品中硒(Ⅳ)的测定,结果令人满意。
A new catalytic kinetic method for determining trace Selenium(Ⅳ)was described. Selenium(Ⅳ)can catalyze the discolouring oixidizing reaction of methylene blue by potassium bromate with hydrochloric acid medium. The linear range of determination was 0 - 0.02 μg/mL, The detection limit for Se(Ⅳ)was 1.25 × 10^-10 g/mL. Satisfactory results have been obtained from determination of trace Se(Ⅳ)in milk, garlic and Jew' s- ear foodstuff.
