磷化处理在FEP/PPS复合涂层中应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 用拉伸法测定了聚全氟乙丙稀(FEP)/聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合涂层的结合强度,采用扫描电镜和电子探针方法测定了锌系磷化膜的表面形貌、结构和组成,研究了加热温度和时间对磷化膜和涂层/钢界面性能的影响。结果显示加热明显影响磷化膜结构和涂层/钢界面的性能,磷化处理可用于制备厚度小于400μm的FEP/PPS复合涂层,涂层的结合强度达到14 MPa. The adhasive strength of polyfluorinated ethylene propylene(FEP)/polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) complex- coatings was determined by the pull-off test. The morphology, structure and composition of zinc phosphate film were examined by SEM and EDS. The influence of heating temperature and time on the phosphate film and the properties of coating/ferrous interface was studied. It was shown that the heating affacts seriously the structure of the phosphate - film and the properties of FEP/PPS complex - coatings. The phosphate pretreating can be used to prepare 400um FEP/PPS coatings and its bonding strength reaches 14 MPa.
