摘要
目的:研究海南山苦茶叶的化学成分。方法:运用溶剂法和色谱法进行成分的分离和纯化,通过理化性质和光谱数据的解析,鉴定化合物的结构。结果:首次从海南山苦茶叶中分离出8个化合物,分别鉴定为3-羟基-4,5(R)-二甲基-2(5H)-呋喃酮(Ⅰ),没食子酸(Ⅱ),(6S,9R)-6-羟基-3-酮-α-紫罗兰醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),(Z)-3-己烯醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),3,4,8,9,10-五羟基-二苯并[b,d]吡喃-6-酮(Ⅴ),木栓醇(Ⅵ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ),木栓酮(Ⅷ)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中获得。
Objective: To investigate the chemical compounds in leaves of Mallotus furetianus. Method:The chemical components were isolated by solvent extraction and chromatography. The structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical constant and spectral data. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 3-Hydroxy-4, 5 ( R)-dimethyl-2(SH)-furanone ( Ⅰ ), gallic acid ( Ⅱ), (6S, 9 R )-roseoside ( Ⅲ ), ( Z )-3-Hexenyl-β- D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅳ ), 3, 4, 8, 9, 10-Pentahydroxy-dibenzo [ b, d ] pyran-6-one ( Ⅴ ), friedelinol (Ⅵ), β-sitosterol (Ⅶ), friedelin (Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅶ were obtained for the first time from this plant.
