The authors summarize their reflection on the rescue on the earthquake-striking spot in Pakistan, which is expected to be beneficial to future work. The tasks of the medical workers on the spot are： approaching to the injured, understanding the severity of the injuries, instructing the rescue and taking measures for rescue to gain more time for rescue, performing on-the-spot rescue. The rescue team rescued 3 survivors successfully and transmitted them to the local hospitals. They believe our medical workers are expected to take professional training pertinent to the injuries by earthquakes.
