三联法治疗对膝骨性关节炎家兔关节软骨、滑膜和关节液一氧化氮水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨中药蕉蒸、电极刺激、手法弹拨三联法对膝骨性关节炎家兔关节软骨、滑膜及关节液NO水平的影响,为临床推广应用三联法提供实验及理论依据。方法将32只6~10月龄的雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为正常组(8只)、模型组(8只)、扶他林组(8只)、三联法组(8只),后三组以结扎右侧股静脉的方法造模,造模10周后除正常组和模型组外其余两组分别给予相应治疗。于治疗4周后检测各组关节软骨、滑膜及关节液NO水平。结果模型组关节软骨、滑膜及关节液NO水平均高于正常组(P〈0.05),经治疗后扶他林组较模型组低(P〈0.05),但无三联法组降低明显。结论三联法能明显降低关节液和关节软骨NO水平,阻止OA病理过程的进一步发展。 Objective: To explore the effects of the three united remedy of Chinese herbs fumigating, electrode stimulating, naprapathy on nitric oxide(NO) in articular cartilage, synovial membrane and synovia in rabbits' knee joint. Methods: We used 32 New Zealand rabbits of 6-10 months in this study, they were divided randomly into the normal group (8), model group(8) , the three united remedy treating group(8)and Diclofenae Diethylamine Emulgel treating group(8), the rabbits in normal group underwent sham-operation, and others established the OA model with ligated right femoral vein. All rabbits,except the normal and model group, were given corresponding treating. At four weeks after treating, the NO concentration of the articular cartilage, synovial membrane and synovia in all rabbits' knee joint were examined. Results: The NO concentration of the articular cartilage, synovial membrane and synovia in model group was all significantly higher than those in nomal group. The NO concentration of Dielofenae Diethylamine Emulgel treating group were decreased, but that of the three united remedy treating group decreased more obviously seompared with model group. Conclusion: The three united remedy can effectively prevent pathologic developing of OA by means of decreasing the level of NO in the articular cartilage, synovial membrane and synovia.
