摘要
以三乙醇胺钛和混合金属层状氢氧化物为主触变剂,改性纤维素+磺化醛酮缩合物(商品减阻剂)为触变剂,加入降失水剂、早强剂、缓凝剂或促凝剂,用G级油井水泥配制出了两个触变水泥体系:TC-11SR和TC-21SA,用滞后环法和台阶法研究了两个体系的触变性,考察了两个体系的各项常规性能。TC-11SR的触变性较强,室温、0.7MPa和75℃、7MPa失水量均符合要求,75℃、24h抗压强度为11.9MPa。TC-21SA的触变性很强,75℃、24h抗压强度达15.3MPa,但失水量大。对触变水泥作了扼要综述。简述了触变剂的作用机理。
Two thixotropic oil well cementing compositions with thixotropic additives titanium triethanolamine and mixed metal layered hydroxide, respectively, filtrate loss controller, early strengthening agent, and setting retarder or accelerator are worked out in laboratory, namely: TC 11SR and TC 21SA. Their thixotropic behavior is investigated by using hysteresis loop method and step wise shear rate raise method. These two systems have enough thixotropia and meet general requirements for well cementing slurries besides that TC 21SA has rather high filtrate losses at 25℃/0.7MPa and 75℃/7MPa. The mechanizm involved in the thixotropia of these systems is discussed briefly.
