摘要
以中国南方典型的红壤和紫色土丘陵区———衡阳盆地为例,分析论述了衡阳盆地地表水资源脆弱性主要表现在降水资源时空分布不均匀,不利于水土保持的地表结构和物质组成,耗水型的农业种植结构以及脆弱的农田水利设施等方面。提出了农业水分管理的主要对策:一是强化地表雨水的资源化过程,二是加强农田水利设施的建设以及建立节水型的农林复合生态系统。
Taking Hengyang Basin, a typical hilly area with red soil and purple soil in south China, as an example, the vulnerabilities of water resources are analyzed, which show that precipitation resources vary greatly in spatial and temporal distribution; the surface structure and substance component are not suitable for water and soil conservation; the structure of crops needs a great deal of water; and the farm irrigation works are frangible. Some management countermeasures are proposed, such as intensifying the utilization of rainfall sources, constructing new water conservancy projects, and establishing complex water saving farming and forestry ecosystem
