Improving Decision-related Intelligence Service in Police Practice

当前公安决策情报工作存在认识不到位、情报产品质量不高和应用效能低下、机制不健全、队伍建设落后等问题。应该加强组织领导,提高对决策情报工作的认识;增强情报的广度、深度、适用性和预警性,提高情报产品质量;实现决策情报工作与公安决策的一体化,切实发挥情报产品作用;建立健全各项机制,实现决策情报工作的规范化、制度化;选聘、培训、学习相结合,提高决策情报队伍整体素质。

Intelligence service for police decision-making has been very inefficient, which is embodied in insufficient awareness, low quality of information, low-efficient systems and backward force construction. Consequently, the following countermeasures should be put to practice：enhancing the awareness of intelligence service for police decision-making; improving the quality of intelligence in terms of profoundness, wideness, practicability and alertness; integrating intelligence service into the police decision-making process; modernizing and systemizing intelligence service; improving the quality of the intelligence agents through selected promotion, training and learning.
