摘要
通过对德国职业教育的考察,重点推介行动导向教学模式,主张师生双向互动,强调学生是教学过程的中心,反对传统的学科导向教学行为。
By reviewing Germany vocational education, the author mainly introduces its behavior-oriented teaching model, which advocates mutual actions between teachers and students, regards students as the center of teaching, and opposites tranditional subject- oriented teaching.
