企业文化测量模型研究——基于Dension模型的改进及实证 被引量:38

摘要 本文在对Dension企业文化模型改进基础上,形成描述企业文化状况的45个结构化问题,收集的数据通过因子分析条件检验后,用因子分析法识别出企业文化的七个维度,分别是企业意识,员工意识,团队意识,创新意识,核心价值观,顾客意识,目标愿景,通过Cronbachα系数法检验出这七个量表的信度较高。最后应用描述性统计和配对样本T检验分析出xx进出口公司的企业文化现状,为企业文化的量化管理提供科学依据。 Based on the improvement of corporation culture model of Dension, 45 structured questions on describing the condition of corporation culture were formed. After the collected data passing the conditional test of factor analysis, we employ the factor analysis to identify seven dimensionalities of corporation culture, namely, corporation consciousness, employee consciousness, team consciousness, innovation consciousness, core values, customer consciousness, goals and vision. Then we examine and testify the reliability of seven measuring indicator through the means of Cronbaeh α coefficient. Finally, we apply descriptive statistic and paired sample T test to analyze the actual corporation culture of xx import and export company, providing scientific base for quantification management of corporation culture,
