摘要
对聚丙烯高效球形催化剂HDC进行了性能评价,并探讨了预聚合、聚合温度、时间、氢气浓度等因素对HDC聚合行为的影响。结果表明,HDC催化剂是一种球形、规整可调、活性高、定向能力强、具有良好氢调敏感性的丙烯聚合催化剂。在环管聚丙烯工艺装置上的聚合试验表明,HDC催化剂具有良好的共聚合性能,所生产的共聚聚丙烯树脂的性能达到优级品标准。
This paper evaluated the performance of spherical catalyst HDC for propylene polymerization and explored the influences of prepolymerization, polymerization temperature, time and hydrogen concentration on the polymerization behaviour of HDC. The results indicate that HDC is a superior catalyst for propylene polymerization, featuring adjustability in size regularity, high activity, high stereo-polymerization capability and sensitive hydrogen modulation. The polymerization experiments performed in the polypropylene (PP) loop reactor demonstrated that HDC possesses good copolymerization capability and the properties of the resins prepared with the catalyst reach the requirements of high class.
