摘要
目的探讨预防接种训练对降低介入诊疗患者焦虑水平的作用,初步建立介入诊疗患者的心理护理方案。方法将接受介入诊疗并存在中度焦虑情绪的72名患者随机分为实验组和对照组,采用预防接种训练对实验组患者进行心理护理,对照组患者实施常规健康教育,比较两组患者介入诊疗后的焦虑等级。结果实验组与对照组患者介入诊疗术后焦虑等级均明显降低,治疗前后焦虑等级差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者介入诊疗术后焦虑水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防接种训练对降低介入诊疗患者的焦虑水平效果良好,可以作为患者介入诊疗前的常规心理护理方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of stress inoculation training (SIT) on the level of anxiety in patients with iuterventional therapy,and develop psychological care plan for them. Methods 72 patients with moderate anxiety receiving interventional therapy were divided into experiment group and control group. SIT was provided for the patients in experiment group, while routine health education was provided for those in control group. Then the patients' level of anxiety was evaluated and compared post interventional treatment between the two groups. Results The patients' level of anxiety was significantly decreased in both of the two groups after interventional treatment (P 〈 0.01 ). Moreover,the patients' level of anxiety in experiment group was significantly lower than that of control group post treatment (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Stress inoculation training showed a favorable effect on reducing the level of anxiety in patients with interventional treatment,which could be identified as the routine method of pre- operational psychological nursing.
