双级箍固井技术在固2井盐膏层中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 固2井的盐膏层纯度高,蠕动能力强,钻进过程中出现憋跳钻、接单根挂卡、起下钻遇阻、遇卡等各种复杂情况,盐膏层蠕变和挤压也会造成套管下入困难,甚至挤毁套管,因此含膏盐层段的固井质量是下一步作业和完井的关键。通过分析该井存在的固井难点,进行了固井套管串结构、水泥浆液柱结构优化及双级箍选型,应用性能优良的盐水水泥浆体系,提高了盐膏层段固井质量。 The purity of the gypsum bed in Well Gu2 is high and the creep ability is strong. All kinds of drilling troubles easily happened in the process of drilling . The creep and extrusion of the gypsum beds would cause the casing to run difficultly, even the casing was collapsed. So the cement quality is the key of the next well operation and completion for the gypsum beds. The cementing of the gypsum beds in Well Gu2 is very difficult. By choosing the cementing string structure and the cement slurry liquid column and the type of double-stage collar, applying the salt-water system in which the property is good, the cement quality was improved. The successful use of the double-stage collar cementing technique provides the good experience for the same cementing in future.
