三叉神经痛患者下颌骨骨密度分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究三叉神经痛患者颌骨骨代谢的变化情况。方法采用光密度分析软件分别测定三叉神经痛患者以及健康人群全景片下颌体部标定区域内的光密度,按年龄、性别进行对比分析,观察两组骨密度的变化情况。结果三叉神经痛患者组的下颌骨骨密度明显低于健康对照组,且颌骨骨密度在一定年龄段具有性别差异。结论三叉神经痛患者有骨代谢异常表现,颌骨骨密度的检测可以作为对三叉神经痛早期诊断的一个参考指标。 Objective To investigate the changes about mandibular bone mineral density of patients with trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The software of bone mineral density was used to detect both patients with trigeminal neuralgia and the normal subjects' bone mineral density of the mandibular definite zone through DPT. Comparing and analysing mandibular bone mineral density of two groups according to their age and sex so as to observe the changes in mandibular bone mineral density of two groups. Results The mandibular bone mineral density of patients with trigeminal neuralgia was quite lower than that of the normal subjects. The bone mineral density of mandible was significandy affected by age. Conclusion Bone metabolism in the patients with trigeminal neuralgia is abnormal. Detection of mandibular bone mineral density can be regarded as one of criterion of the diagnoses of the trigeminal neuralgia.
