摘要
该文在分析当今虚拟仿真技术现状,比较多种仿真软件的功能、特点的基础上提出了“基于多软件平台虚拟仿真方法”,论述了该方法的原理与特点,研究了其实现方法与具体步骤,并在多种软件之间的无缝连接、三维模型的建立与导入、仿真结果的后处理方面进行了具体研究。另外,将此方法应用于曲轴连杆式低速大扭矩液压马达的运动学仿真,通过应用表明,基于多软件平台虚拟仿真方法对复杂机械系统进行三维仿真是有效的,它将有助于设计者进行复杂机械系统的设计与性能的优化研究。
In this thesis, "Virtual Simulation Method Based on Multi - software Platform" is raised based on comparing the functions and features of several kinds of simulation software. The principle and characteristic of this method, its realization approach and detailed process are discussed. Good linkage among software, building and inserting method of 3 -dimensional model, and post processing of simulation results are studied in detail. In addition, this method is applied in the kinemics simulation of hydraulic motor. The results indicate virtual simulation method based on multi - software platform is effective to 3 - dimensional simulation of mechanical system. It's helpful to optimize the research of mechanical system design and performance.
