摘要 成组技术是解决多品种中小批量生产方式的有效方法。在阐述成组技术理论的基础上,提出在企业中实施成组技术的方法,应建立适合本企业的分类编码系统,根据零件编码进行分组,建立各零件组的成组工艺和生产单元,使企业在零件设计、工艺编制、生产制造和管理各个领域应用成组技术。 The group technology(GT) is a basic method of solving the versatile and little or moderate batch mode of production.At the base of introducing the theory of GT,gives the implementation method of GT in the manufactory. Set the spare- classify coding system, group the part, makes the grouping process of every part team, then sets the production cell. Using GT at designing part, compiling process, production and management and every field in the manufactory.
