摘要
BP神经网络具有优良的非线性映射能力,可以很好地描述频率特征和诊断结果之间的关系。建立了基于BP神经网络的旋转机械故障诊断模型,并用此模型对旋转机械的故障进行了诊断,实验证明基于BP网络的旋转机械故障诊断方法具有较高的使用价值。
BP Neural network is effective for dealing with non - linear mapping which could satisfactorily describe the non - linear relations between frequency character and diagnosis results. So a diagnosis model for rotating machinery based on BP neural network is proposed and set up, which is used to diagnose the faults of rotating machinery. Experiment results show that the proposed method based on BP neural network has high practical value in the rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
