摘要
使用ANSYS有限元分析软件和PRO E三维制图软件,模拟台架试验条件,对重型卡车前轴进行静力和模态分析。有限元分析的结果与前轴台架疲劳试验结果相吻合,并根据此结果对前轴结构进行改进设计,提高了前轴的强度和疲劳寿命。
Based on the condition of testing, the static and modal analysis of front axle was calculated with the software ANSYS and Pro/E. The result is the same to practical situation. With this conclusion, the new structure of front axle was brought out. The new prototypes of front axles have exhibited a better strength and longer life than before.
