182例2型糖尿病患者中医辨证分型分析

The Statistics of TCM Treatment Accordance with an Overall Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs on 182 Diabetes Mellitus

回顾性分析182例2型糖尿病患者的临床表现及舌苔、脉象情况,按照八纲辨证分为气虚、阴虚、阳虚、燥热、痰湿、瘀血等六个基本证型,统计分析辨证分型情况。结果2型糖尿病的中医辨证具有本虚标实、虚实俱见、病情复杂等特点。

The authors analysised the clinical syndrome tongue and pulse of 182 diabete mellitus patiens.According to Qi Deficiency,Yin Deficiency,Yang Deficiency Dryness- Heat,Plegm- Dampness,Blood Stasis devid into 6 basic models.The authers classifyed and analysised the differences among them,and found out that TCM treatment accordance with and overall differentiation of symptoms and signs have the charactoristics of Deficiency Basic and Hyperactive Syndrome,Deficiency with Hyperactive Syndrome together,pathogenesis complexity.
