摘要
针对高速公路混凝土路面存在的裂缝和脱空区的工程问题,采用正交设计方法,研究了聚合物化学灌浆材料的水灰比、环氧树脂含量和水性环氧固化剂含量,以及各因素之间交互作用对该灌浆材料抗折强度的影响,找出了较为理想的优化配方。结果表明,聚合物灌浆材料的最佳配比为水灰比0.4,双酚A型环氧树脂8%,水性环氧固化剂2%
By orthogonal design method,the water-cement ratio,epoxy resin content,water borne epoxy curing agent content of polymer grouting material and influence of interaction of factors on flexural strength of the grouting material were studied for cracking in or pumping area below cement concrete pavement of expressway.An ideal and optimized formula was found out that reduced repeated test.The result shows that the optimum mix proportion of polymer grouting material is water-cement ratio 0.4,epoxy resin 8% and water borne epoxy curing agent 2%.
