摘要
探讨铝熔体处理对改善电工圆铝杆性能的作用。试验表明,采用高效排杂熔剂净化处理可明显提高电工圆铝杆的冶金质量,除杂率及气孔降低率分别提高22.3%和74.7%左右,削弱了冶金缺陷的有害作用;在此基础上对铝熔体进行晶粒细化及稀土变质处理,可有效提高电工圆铝杆的综合性能,满足高强电工圆铝杆的性能要求。
This paper studies the effect of melt-treatment on the properties of aluminum rod for electrical purpose. The result of production test shows that, the melt purification treatment by the high efficient flux can improve the metallurgical quality of the rod remarkably, that is, the inclusion removing rate and the gas hole depressing extent increases by 22.3% and 74.7% respectively, which weakens the bad effect of metallurgical defects. The test result also shows that, on the basis of high efficient flux purification, the grain refining and modification by adding RE can improve the overall properties of the rod effectively, which can meet the requirements of high strength rod for electrical purpose.
