逆行足背复合组织瓣修复难治性趾远端创面

摘要 目的:探讨一种能修复难治性足趾远端创面的新术式.方法:采用以第1跖背动脉为蒂的逆行足背复合组织瓣修复趾远端软组织缺损创面9例,切取皮瓣面积最大为7cm×5cm,最小为5cm×4cm.结果:术后9例皮瓣全部成活.随访3~11个月,皮瓣恢复部分感觉,质地良好,外形满意.结论:以第1跖背动脉为蒂的逆行足背复合组织瓣,血运可靠,血管解剖比较恒定、手术操作简单安全,是修复趾创面的可取方法. Objective: To study a new method to reconstruct the refractory defects of the distal big toes. Methods: 9 cases with refractory soft tissue defects of the dorsalis big 'oes were treated with distally based dorsalis pedis composite flaps ranged from 5cm×4cm to 7cm×5cm in size. Results: The patients were followed up from 3 to 11 months, all 9 flaps survived completely, which also provided fine texture,good contour and partial sensory function. Conclusion:The distally based dorsalis pedis composited flaps possess stable vascular pedicle, good blood supply and easy manipulation, that is an desirable for repairing the defects of dorsal big toe.
