摘要 以薄壁宽凸缘筒形件级进模的设计为例,介绍了采用带料切口连续拉伸方法,包括步距冲裁、切口冲裁、连续拉伸、冲孔、翻边和落料,生产效率较高。叙述了冲压工艺设计计算的要点,可供同类模具设计参考。 The continuous drawing method for strip material with notching was introduced with the design of progressive die for thin wall and wide flange truckfest component as example. The working procedure of the progressive die includes feed pitch blanking, notching blanking, continuous drawing, piercing, flanging and blanking. The production efficiency of the die is high. The key points in the calculation of stamping process design were presented, they can serve as references to the design of similar ones.
