百合种间杂交亲和性的研究 被引量:26

Studies on Cross-compatibility of Interspecific Cross in Lilium

摘要 用6种不同的授粉方法对百合野生种渥丹、毛百合、细叶百合、兰州百合、垂花百合及亚洲百合杂交系品种布鲁拉诺的种间杂交亲和性进行了研究,杂交亲和性较好的杂交组合有布鲁拉诺×渥丹、毛百合×细叶百合,有胚率分别为3.05%和6.50%;杂交亲和性很差的杂交组合有兰州百合×卷丹,有胚率为0。对于花柱较长且粗的百合种(如布鲁拉诺、毛百合)切割花柱授粉方法大多能提高蒴果的膨大程度,在切割花柱基础上再重复授粉或提前授粉,更有利于种间杂交的结实;而对于花柱长且细的百合种(如兰州百合),切割花柱的授粉方法反而降低其蒴果膨大程度;对于花柱较短的百合种(如渥丹),切割花柱与否对其蒴果的膨大程度没有明显影响。 Six pollination methods were used to study the cross-compatibility of L. concolor Salish., L. dauricum Ker-Gawl., L. pumilum DC., L. davidii Duchartre., L. cernuum Komar., L. lancifolium Thunb. and Asiatic lily cv. Brunello. Some combinations with superior cross-compatibility were obtained, such as Brunello×L. concolor, L. dahuricum ×L. pumilum etc. The percentage of seeds with embryo reached 3.05% and 6.50% respectively, and some combinations with inferior cross-compatibility were also obtained, such as L. davidii ×L. lancifolium etc. The percentage of seeds with embryo was O. The appropriate pollination methods in different combinations were given. For the Lilium species (e.g. Brunello, L. dahuricum Ker-Gawl. ) with long and thick styles, cut-style pollination could obviously improve the swelling of the capsules, which was benefit for fruit set when combined with re-pollination and pollination in advance. For the Lilium species (e.g.L. davidii Duchartre.) with long and thin styles, cut-style pollination reduced the swelling of the capsules. For the Lillum species (e.g L. concolor Salisb. ) with short styles, cut-style pollination had no obvious effect on the swelling of the capsules.
